Sleeping ChimpDuring Zoo Lights, the Lincoln Park Zoo remains open late (until midnight, I think) so that visitors can see the myriad of lights strung all over the zoo. It also affords a different view of the animals than one typically sees during the day.

My sister, Morgan, and I once saw two giant Galapagos tortoises having sex at the Detroit Zoo. They made this loud groaning sound that could be heard all over the zoo.
