I actually might not have noticed the leaf marks if you hadn't pointed them out. I was focused on the wiper fluid nozzle because it looks like some little creature with big eyes.

yes, i sat here struggling to decipher this image and understand the scale. it looked to me like some sea monkey rising out of a murky lake. or the hood of a car - that too.
