I'm actually not a huge fan of this picture. I think he sort of blends in with the plant behind him and it makes it look like he has giant crazy hair. Unless that was your intention? :)

Hmmm...it is entirely possible that it is a good picture of Bill, but a bad picture in objective terms. I'm too biased to tell, I guess.
