I must admit that I placed the nut there. I first found some red rubber stoppers on the benchtop that a fellow labmate must have arranged in a row sometime before I saw them there, but I found that I wanted something brighter in their place.

cheater... seriously... sometimes it's okay to lie in photographs. and not tell anyone. great photo though.

and BTW, remind me to tell you the stopcock story from my college mollecular and bio chem class...:-)
